Along with the Shelter Association of Washtenaw County, the Robert J. Delonis Center (often known as the Delonis Center) offers many services to the city of Ann Arbor and those struggling with addiction, mental health, and housing insecurity. Run by minimal full-time staff and largely relying on volunteers to provide services, the Delonis Center wanted a pocket guide that visitors to the center could use to look up and find resources for various topics. Key features were taken into consideration to simplify the overwhelming amount of information that could be provided in a small, handheld pocket guide.
